As a Company we strive to be different. You only need to look at the design of our offices, the terms and conditions we offer our people or the way our leaders inspire those working with them to see that. Whilst technical competence is important, it’s not just what people do it is the way they do it so when we recruit we look at candidates’ personal profiles and affinity with Kpe’s aspirations.

We protect our unique culture by ensuring everyone who joins us attends our induction programme before starting work. This gives an insight into why Kpe is the company it is today and what we expect from people in contributing to our success.
